This versatile A4 cartridge-free printer can produce double-sided documents and lots of photos at an ultra-low cost. It comes with up to three years’ worth of ink1 included in the box, saving you up to 90% on the cost of ink2. It's hassle-free to use with an SD card slot, borderless photo printing and dual paper trays. It’s also easy to set up, reliable and designed for mess-free refills.

Ultra-low-cost, cartridge-free printing

Three whole years1 – that’s how long you could go without buying more ink for the L7160. This means you can save up to 90% on the cost of ink2. It comes with enough ink to print up to 1,500 photos3 (10x15cm), and its ultra-high-capacity ink tank removes the need for cartridges.

Versatile A4 printer

Print photos and double-sided documents with this five-colour ink system, which includes a black photo ink and black pigment ink. The printer includes an SD card slot, borderless printing, dual paper trays and LCD screen.

1.3 years' worth of ink based on average monthly print volumes of 225 pages for EcoTank home and office printers and 40 photos for EcoTank photo printers. Calculations are based on the lowest included black ink bottle page yield for home and office printers and on the lowest included photo page yield for photo printers.

2. Average savings achieved printing the same number of pages using the ink bottles included within the EcoTank range, excluding hardware price. Comparison made on the average of the A4 EcoTank range versus the average of the top 10 best-selling models in Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, in the period April 2017 – March 2018, as tracked by IDC EMEA Hardcopy Tracker (Data Q1 2018), IDC EMEA HCP Consumables Tracker (Data H2 2017). Printing costs calculated on the proportion of Standard and XL cartridges as tracked by IDC for the same reference period for the Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa markets. The average selling price was calculated by dividing the revenue by the units. Ink cartridge yields as communicated by the manufacturer’s websites.

Quoted yields are extrapolated based on Epson original methodology from the print simulation of Test Patterns provided in ISO/IEC 29103 based on the inks included with this printer and photos printed in a 10x15 cm format. Quoted yields are NOT based on ISO/IEC29102. Quoted yields may vary depending on the images that you are printing, the paper type that you are using, the frequency of your prints and environmental conditions such as temperature. During the initial printer setup, a certain amount of ink is used to fill the print head's nozzles, therefore the yield of the initial bundled set can be lower.
